Welfare Ministry at New Covenant Church

Our mission is to support and uplift members of our church community facing challenges in meeting their basic needs. We extend our love and assistance to both children and adults, regardless of their nationality or background, both within and beyond our church walls. Here's how we fulfil our mission:

Special Programs: We actively participate in special church programs such as outreaches, dinners, breakfast meetings, weddings, and more. We're here to lend a helping hand whenever and wherever it's needed.

Member Support: We reach out to our fellow church members in times of need, providing assistance and care during significant life events.

Food and Refreshments: We ensure that everyone can enjoy fellowship and good times by providing food, refreshments, and drinks for events like picnics and our annual summer BBQ. Additionally, we offer snacks and drinks every Sunday after the service, fostering a sense of community.

The Welfare Ministry exists for the well-being of our church family. We encourage all members to reach out to our dedicated welfare coordinator whenever they require support, whether it's due to sickness, bereavement, marriage, or other life circumstances. Our ministry operates through various teams with the following objectives:

Member Welfare: We prioritise the well-being of every church member.

Assistance for the Needy: We extend our assistance not only to members but also to others in need.

Fundraising: We raise funds through donations and contributions to support our members and further the development of our initiatives.

Our ongoing commitment is to share the love of God through acts of kindness in our everyday lives. It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from; we are here to help you meet your spiritual and temporal needs. Together, we strengthen our bonds as a church community, embodying the values of compassion and support for one another.
